BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF BROOKIHGS, SOUTH DAKOTA:
WHEREAS, Richard Keseler, oNner(s) of Outlots 20 and 21 in the NE
1/4 of Section 35-T110H-R50W hae/have submitted to the governing board
an application for a conditional Use Permit for a kennel.
WHEREAS, the folloMing condition(s> has/have been stipulated as
being part of the conditional Use Permit application
1. Only for indoor kenneling in con�unction Mith an animal
hospital
2. The building muet be insulated Mith non-openable rindoMs.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said conditional use Permit
is hereby approved.
