BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF BROOKINGS, SOUTH DAKOTA:
WHEREAS, Colen Reiser, oMner(s) of Lot 28, Block 5, Hunter's
Ridge Addition has/have eubmitted to the governing board an
application for a conditional Use Permit for a home occupation
sesmetress.
WHEREAS, the folloMing condition(s) has/have been stipulated ae
being part of the conditional Use Permit application

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said conditional use Permit
is hereby approved.
