BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF BROOKINGS, SOUTH DAKOTA:
WHEREAS, Michael P. Reisetter, orner of the hereinafter described
real property has submitted to the governing board a proposed plat of
of the following described real estate situated in the county of
Brookings, in the State of South Dakota to ait: Lots 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 of
Block 8 of Camelot Square Addition to the City of Brookings, Brookings
County, South Dakota, Nith the addition of utility easemente as
required by the Brookings Municipal Utilities and that the drainage
easement include the use of the easement for recreational purposes and
the Board of City Commissioners of said City having examined the
proposed plat and it appearing that all municipal taxes and special
assessments, if any, upon esid plat and 8urvey, have been executed
according to la�r.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said plat and eurvey by and
are hereby in all things accepted and epproved.
Passed and approved this 12th da of July, 1994.
