RESOLUTIOH H0. 79-94
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF BROOKINGS, SOUTH DAKOTA:
WHEREAS, H and M Land Company, oMner of the hereinafter described
real property, has submitted to the governing board a proposed plat of
the folloping described real estate eituated in the City of Brookings
in the State of South Dakota to ait: Lots 8A and 8B of Lot 49 Sioux
Village, Indian Hille Addition to the City of Brookinge, Brookings
County, South Dakota, and the Board of City Commiesioners of esid City
having examined the proposed plat and it appearing that all municipal
taxes and special assessments, if any, upon said plat and survey, have
been executed according to laM.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that aeid plat and eurvey by and
are hereby in all things accepted and approved.
