BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF BftOOKINGS, SOUTH DAKOTA:
WHEREAS, Paul E. Moriarty, oMner and developer, has submitted to
� the governing board a proposed plat of Lot 7, Block 1 of Moriarty's
Second Addition to the City of Brookings, South Dakota, and the Board
of City Commiesionere of said City having examined the proposed plat
and it appesring that all municipal taxes and special aseessments, if
any, upon said plat and survey, have been executed according to 1aN.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that esid plat and survey by and
are hereby in all things accepted and approved.
Passed and approved this 12th d y of July, 1994.
