INITIAL RESOLUTION FOR STREET IMPROVEMENT NO. 94-04STA
(Alley from i5th to 13th Avenue betMeen 4th and 5th Street)
BE IT RESOLVED By the Board of Commissioners of the City of
Brookings, South Dakota, as folloas:
1. This Board deems it necessary to improve by paving Nith a
bituminous aearing surface on an asphalt stabilized base couree and
otheraise improving the alley referred to in a Proposed Resolution of
Necessity for Street Improvement No. 94-04STA on file rith the City
Finance Officer, and to provide assessments against the property to be
benefited thereby according to benefits, Mhich property is also
described in said property resolution.
2. This Board Mill meet in the Commission Chambers, City Hall,
Brookings, South Dakota, on Tuesday, the 26th day of July, 1994, at
7:30 P. M. for the purpose of considering any ob�ectione to such
proposed resolution. The City Finance Officer is directed to give
notice of the resolution to be publiehed once, tpo Meeks prior to said
meeting, in the official neMspaper of the City rith an appended notice
stating the place and time of ineeting.
