AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO SIGH AN AVIGATION EASEMEHT FOR LAND IN THE
AIRPORT INDUSTRIAL PARK
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Commission of the City of Brookings,
to hereby authorize the Mayor to eign an avigation easement meeting
the current etendarde for sirepace around the Brookings Municipal
Airport. This easement shall cover the folloMing described property:
Al1 of Lot 1 and Lot 3 of Airport Industrial Addition No. 1
Lot 2 of Airport Industriel Addition No. 1 except the Weet 220'
thereof
The H583' of the E1486. 11 ' of the S1/2 of the NE1/4 of Section
27-T110N-R50W except that portion lying Mithin 750' of the
centerline of Runray 12-30 of the Brookinge Municipal Airport
Passed and approved this 21st day of June, 1994.
