APPRAISING AAD AUTHORIZING SALE OF SURPLUS PROPERTY
WHEREAS, the City of Brookings has surplus items se listed in a
Hotice of Sale that are no longer necessary or useful for City
purposes, and it is the desire of the City to diepose of same as
surplus property;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that all the listed property is
appraised et a value of less than Five Hundred Dollars per item by the
City Commiseion.
FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED by the City Commission that the property
be offered for sale at public auction on July 21, 1994.
Passed and approved this 21st day of June, 1994.
