RESOL.UTION NO. 67-94
WHEREAS, a petition to vacate has been filed v►ith the City
Finance Office of the City of Brookings, and
WHEREAS, the petition Mas filed in proper form and eigned by one
hundred percent of the ad�acent property oMners.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of City Commissioners
of the City of Brookings:
That the portion of Fallbrook Road abutting Lots 2, 5, 11 and 4
excluding the N33. 5' of Lot 4, LeFevre Addition is hereby vacated.
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the remaining portion of
Fallbrook Road is hereby renamed LeFevre Drive as a continuation of
the existing LeFevre Drive.
Passed and approved thia 14th day of June, 1994.
