BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF BROOKINGS, SOUTH DAKOTA:
WHEREAS, Harold Shelden and Esther V. Shelden, oMnera of the
hereinafter described real property have eubmitted to the governing
board a proposed plat of the folloMing described real estate located
near the City of Brookings, in the County of Brookinge in the State of
South Dakota to Mit: plat of Lots 1-16, Block 5, in the Esther
Heights Addition in the HE 1/4 of the HE 1/4 of Section 3, T109N, R50W
of the Sth P. M. , Brookings County, South Dakota, and the Board of City
Commiesioners of said City having examined the proposed plat and it
appearing that all municipal taxes and special sesessments if any upon
said plat and survey, have been executed according to laM.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that esid plat and survey be and
are hereby in all things accepted and approved.
