WHEREAS, the City of Brookings is selling approximately
thirty-four (34) acree of Airport Industrial land to the Area
Development Corporation for eubsequent eale to RainboM Playground
Syeteme, Inc. , and
WHEREAS, industrial development of this caliber is encouraged by
the City,
BE IT THEREFORE RESOLVED, that the City Mill perticipate in the
construction of e etreet from Western Avenue Meet approximately four
huadred fifty feet (450' ) into eaid prop�rty being eold.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City rill be reaponsible for
in�talletion of the rater line from W�stern Avenue to the facility and
that the City Mill construct a Railroad Spur into the sub�ect
property.
