MAIHTENANCE OH LAADFILL ROADWAYS DURING CONSTRUCTION OF CELL 2E
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Commission that the folloMing change
order be alloMed for:

Add to Contract:
Blade Mork around the interior roadvaye
3 hours per day
8 70. 00 per hour
9 210. 00 per day
Water Haul roadMay
3 hour per day
8 40. 00 per hour
9 120. 00 per day
TOTAL 8 330. 00 per diem
Final change order Mith total calculated additional expenses to
be presented upon completion of closing of old lendfill.

Please find enclosed the estimate for extra woric that is required to keep the roadways
540 17th Ave�U2 S. in condition for the e�ra truck traffic due to the Ce112E contruction.

Justicification:
With extra heavy truck traffic caused by the Pup and Truck hauling in and out of the
Landfill property there is additional demands for the roadways to be watered and bladed
• Highway Grading to keep the integrity of the roadways in shape. The cuRent construciton occuring on Cell 2E
• Landscaping has caused damage to the roadways in areas not travel by the normal garbage truck inside the
� U nderground �andfill system. This work will only be necessary when needed. The roadway shaping will
need to be done throught out the duration of Bowes Construction Co. hauling operation.
This is estimated to not to exceed 100 days.
