IHITIAL RESOLUTION FOR STREET IMPROVEMENT N0. 94-02STA
BE IT RESOLVED By the Board of Commissioners of the City of
Brookinge, South Dakota, as follors:
1. This Board deems it necessary to improve by paving rith a
bituminous Mesring surface on an asphalt stabilized base couree and
other�ise improving the streets and public pays referred to in a
Proposed Resolution of Necessity for Street Improvement No. 94-02STA
on file Nith the City Finance Officer, and to provide assessments
against the property to be benefited thereby according to benefits,
Nhich property is aleo described in said property resolution.
2. This Board aill meet in the Commiseion Chambers, City Hall,
Brookinge, South Dakota, on Tuesday, the 14th day of June, 1994, at
2:00 P. M. for the purpose of considering any ob�ections to such
proposed resolution. The City F'inance Officer is directed to give
notice of the resolution to be published once, tro aeeks prior to said
meeting, in the official nerspaper of the City rith an appended notice
stating the place and time of ineeting.
