BE IT RBSOLVED BY THE CITY OF BROOKINGS, SOUTH DAKOTA:
WHEREAS, David S. Cutshall and Nancy L. Cutshall, Co-trustees,
U/D/T, dated August 23, 1991, oMners of the hereinafter described real
property, has submitted to the governing board a propo�ed plat of the
folloMing described real estate situated in the City of Brookinge in
the State of South Dakota to rit: Plat of Lots lA and 18 in Block 1
of Camelot Square Addition to the City of Brookings, South Dakota, and
the Board of City Commiseioners of eaid City having examined the
proposed plat and it appearing that all municipal taxee and epecial
assessments, if any, upon said plat and eurvey, have be�n executed
according to laa.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that seid plet and survey by and
are in all things accepted and approved.
