BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF BROOKINGS, SOUTH DAKOTA:
WHEREAS, Brookinge International Life Insurance Company, oMner of
the hereinafter described real property, hse eubmitted to the
governing board a proposed plat of the folloMing described real estate
situated in the County of Brookings in the State of South Dakota to
aits Lote 1 and 2 of Block 13 of Pheseant Nest Addition to the City
of Brookinge, Brookinge County, South Dakota, and the Board of City
Commiesioners of said City having examined the proposed plat and it
appearing that all municipal taxes and epecial asaes�ments, if any,
upon said plat and survey, have been execut�d eccording to laM.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said plat and survey by and
are in all things accepted and approved.
Passed and approved this 10th day of May, 1994.
