BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF BROOKINGS, SOUTH DAKOTA:
WHEREAS, H and M Land Company, orner of the hereinafter deecribed
real property, has submitted to the governing board a proposed plat of
the folloring described real estate situated in the City of Brookings
in the State of South Dakota to Mit: Lote 7A snd 7B of Lot 49 Sioux
Village, Indian Hills Addition to the City of Brookings, Hrookings
County, South Dakota, and the Board of City Commiseioners of said City
having examined the proposed plat and it appearing that all municipal
taxes and special assessments, if any, upon said plat and eurv�y, have
been executed according to laM.
NOW, THEREFORE, HE IT RESOLVED that seid plat and eurvey by and
are in all things accepted and approved.
Passed and approved thia 10th day of Msy, 1994.
