BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF BROOKINGS, SOUTH DAKOTA:
WHEREAS, Loran E. Perry and Carol Perry, orners of the
hereinafter described real property, has submitted to the governing
board a proposed plat of the folloMing described real e�tate situated
in the City of Brookings in the State of South Dakota to Mit: Plat of
Tracts 3 and 4, F'rie's Addition to the City of Brookings, and the
Board of City Commissioners of said City having examined the proposed
plat and it appearing that all municipal taxes and special
assessments, if any, upon esid plat and survey, have been executed
according to laM.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that 8aid plat and eurvey by and
are in all things accepted and approved.
