A RESOLUTIOH APPORTIOHIHG AND ASSIGNING SPECIAL DUTIES FOR THE MAYOR
AND CITY COMMISSIONERS:
BE IT RESOLVED By the Hoard of Commissionere of the City of
Brookings:
That Sam Artz, in addition to the duties provided by laM as
Public Works Commissioner, shall have under their special charge and
supervision, Ex-officio member of the Park and Recreation Board, Solid
Waste Department, Solid Waste Committee, li�ison to the Board of
Health and all mattera pertaining thereto.
That Barbara Murra, in addition to the duties provided by laM se
Public Safety Commisaioner, shall have under their special charge and
supervieion the City Emergency and Disaster S�rvices, Ex-officio
member of the Traffic Safety Committee, and all matters pertaining
thereto.
That Betty Prunty, in addition to the dutiea provided by lar as
Finance and Revenue Commissioner, shall have under their apecial
charge and supervieion, Human Resource Officer, lisison to the Library
Board, Joint Municipal-County Houeing and Redevelopment Commiasion,
Ex-officio member of the City Airport Board and Ex-officio member of
the Hospital Board and all matters pertaining thereto.
That Emil Klavetter, in addition to the duties provided by lar as
Utilities Commissioner, shall have under their special charge and
supervision the City Engineering Department, and Utility Board, City
Planning Commission, liaison to the Board of Ad�ustment and all
matters pertaining thereto.
That Wayne A. Hauschild, in addition to the duties provided by
law shall have under their special charge and Ex-officio member of the
Municipal Liquor Store, Ex-officio member of the Economic Developmeat
Center Board and the Senior Citizen Center Hutrition Site Council ae a
voting member, liaison to the Mayor's Advisory Committee for People
rith Disabilities, Historic Preservation Commission, Cable TV Revier
Board, member of the Health Insurance Committee, lisison to the Human
Rights Committee and all mattera pertaining thereto.
