WHEREAS, on the 12th day of April, 1994, there was held in the
City of Brookinge, South Dakota, an election for the purpose of
electing one Commissioner for a term of four years each, and
WHEREAS, the judges and clerks of said election have returned to
the City Commiseion of the City of Brookings the official results for
the purpose of the official canvass; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Commissionere on April 19, 1994 hae can-
vaesed the results for the purpose of determining rrho are the elected
officiale;
HOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED By the City Commission of
the City of Brookings, South Dakota, that the official vote at the
annual City Election held April 12, 1994 was as followe:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That Emil J. Klevetter is hereby elected
es City Commissioners of the City of Brookings for a term of four
years, and that the City Finance Officer is hereby directed to iseue a
certificate of election to Emil J. Klavetter as the duly elected
Commissioner.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That Berb Murra pas uncontest�d and ie
hereby declared a City Commissioner for a three year term and the
Finance Officer is directed to issue a certificate of election to Barb
Murra.
Paased and approved this 19th dey of April, 1994.
