BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF BROOKINGS, SOUTH DAKOTA:
WHEREAS, Alexander and Laurie Haleta, owners of the hereinafter
described real property, have eubmitted to the governing board a
proposed plat of the folloMing described real estate located near the
City of Brookings, in the County of Brookings, in the State of South
Dakota to rit: Plat of Lots 15-20, Block 2, Lots 6 and 7, Block 3,
and Lots 6, Block 4 of the Esther Heights Addition in the Hortheast
one-quarter (NE 1/4) of the Northeast one-quarter tNE 1/4) of Section
three (Sec. 3), Tornship one hundred nine North (T109K), Range fifty
rest (R50W) of the fifth principal meridian (5th P. M. ), and the Board
of City Commissioners of said City having examined the proposed plat
and it appearing that all municipal taxes and special assessments, if
any, upon said plat and survey, have been executed according to the
law.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said plat and survey by and
are hereby in all things accepted and approved.
Passed and approved this 12th da of April, 1994.
