BE IT RESOLVED by the City Commission of the City of Brookings,
to hereby suthorize the Mayor to sign the Maintenance and Encroachment
Agreement for State Aid Construction Project HES 0014(00)419 - PCEMS
246H in Brookings, South Dakota. This pro�ect is the modification of
Traffic Signals on US14 (Sixth Street) through the City of Brookings.
Passed and approved this 29th day of March, 1994.
