A RESOLUTION EXTEHDING THE TIME FOR REVIEW BY THE CITY OF FCC
FORM 393 SUBMITTED BY BROOKIHGS CABLEVISIOH.
WHEREAS, BROOKIHGS CABLEVISION has filed Mith the City FCC Form
393, rhich is the cable operator's Initial Rate Schedule, and
WNEREAS, the laa provides that a franchising suthority may extend
the thirty (30) day time period for reviea of esid Form 393, and
WHEREAS, the City requires eixty (60) additional days to revier
said Form 393, noa therefore
BE IT RESOLVED by the Governing Body of the City of Brookinge
that the time for revieN of FCC Form 393 is hereby extended by an
additional sixty (60) daye.
