BE IT RESOLYED BY THE CITY OF BROOKINGS, SOUTH DAKOTA
WHEREAS, Aesociated Developer's, Inc. , oaner and developer, has
submitted to the governing board, a proposed plat of Tracts "A", "B"►
and "C" of Lot 5 of Southbrook Addition to the City of Brookings,
South Dakota, and the Board of City Commissioners of esid City having
examined the proposed plat and it appearing that all municipal taxes
and epecial assessments, if any, upon said plat and survey, have been
executed according to laM.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that seid plat and survey be and
are hereby in all things excepted and approved.
Passed and approved this 8th day of March, i 994.
