BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF BROOKIHGS, SOUTH DAKOTA
WHEREAS, Dakota, Minnesota and Esetern Railroad, orner of the
hereinafter described real property has submitted to the governing
board, a proposed plat of the folloNing described real estate eituated
in the City of Brookings, County of Brookinge in the State of South
Dakota to Mit: Fourteenth Railroad Addition in the SW 1/4 of Section
25 T110N-R50W of the Sth Principal Meridian in the City of Brookings,
County of Brookings, South Dakota and the Board of City Commiesioners
of said City having examined the proposed plat and it appearing that
all municipal taxes and special assessments, if any, upon said plat
and survey, have been executed according to law.
HOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that esid plat and survey be and
are hereby in all things excepted and approved.
