RESOLUTION LEVYIPIG ASSESSMENT FOR STREET ASSESSMEPIT PROJECT HO.
92-08STA (Prairie View Dr. , 17th Ave. So. from 8th Str. So. to 12th
Str. So. , 12th Str. So. from 150' West of 17th Ave. So. to the East
1326' and Divieion Ave. ).
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of
Brookings, South Dakota, as follows:
1. The Board of Commissioners has made all investigation whiah
it deems necessary and has found and determined that the amount Which
each lot or tract will be benefited by the construction of the street
improvement heretofore designated as Street Assessment Pro�ect No.
93-08STA is the amount stated in the proposed assessment roll.
2. The assessment roll for Street Assessment Project No.
93-08STA is hereby approved and the assessments thereby specified are
levied against each and every lot, piece or parcel of land thereby
described.
3. Such assessments, unless paid within thirty (30) days after
the filing of the assessment roll in the office of the City Finance
Officer, shall be collected by the City Finance Officer in accordance
with the procedure for Plan One in Sections 9-43-42 to 9-43-51, South
Dakota Compiled Laws of 1967, as amended.
