AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO SIGH THE MAIHTENANCE AHD ENCROACHMEHT
AGREEMENT WITH THE SDDOT FOR STATE AID COHSTRUCTIOH PROJECT HUMBERS
P3245(5), P3312( 1 ), P3312(3) AHD P3334( 1 )
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Commission of the City of Brookings,
to hereby authorize the Mayor to sign the Maintenance and Encroachment
Agreement for State Aid Construction Projects P3245(5), P3312( 1),
P3312(3) and P3334( 1 ) in Brookings, South Dakota. These pro�ects are
as follows:
P3245(5) PCEMS 4176, 22nd Ave. from 6th St. to 18th St.
P3312( 1 ) PCEMS 4057, 3rd St. from 5th Ave. to Medary Ave.
P3312(3) PCEMS 4182, 3rd St. from Dakota to 22nd St.
P3334( 1 ) PCEMS 4175, 2nd St. So. from Medary Ave. to
Division Ave.
Passed and approved this 8th day of February, 1994.
