DECLARING SURPLUS PROPERTY
WHEREAS, the City of Brookings is the owner of the folloaing
described property:
3 - 1992 Chevrolet four-door automobiles
VIN iGiBL537XHR125993
VIN iGiBL5373HR126354
VIN iG1BL5370HR125419
WHEREAS, this property is no longer necessary or useful for City
purposes, and it is the desire of the City of Brookings to sell same
as surplus property;
NOW, THEREFORE, HE IT RESOLVED by the governing body of the City
of Brookings, South Dakota, that this property be declared surplus
property according to SDCL Chapter 6-13.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the folloWing nemed persons are
hereby appointed as appraisers of the hereinbefore described property,
said persons be3ng freeholders vrithin the Municipality to pit:
Michael J. Oster
Todd Voss
Len Santema
Passed and approved this 25th day of January, 1994.
