RESOLUTIOM LEVYIHG ASSESSMEHT FOR
STREET IMPROVEMEHT NO. 92-09STA
(Parkray Blvd. , Cardinal Drive, Deer Pase and Alley)
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissionere of the City of
Brookings, South Dakota, as folloNs:
1. The Board of Commiesioners hae made all investigation ahich
it deems necessary and has found and determined that the amount rhich
each lot or tract will be benefited by the construction of the street
improvement heretofore designated as Street Aseessment Pro�ect No.
92-09STA is the amount etated in the proposed assesement roll.
2. The aseessment roll for Street Assessment Pro�ect No.
92-09STA is hereby approved and the assessments thereby specified are
levied against each and every lot, piece or parcel of land thereby
described.
3. Such aesessments, unless paid Nithin thirty (30) days after
the filing of the assessment roll in the office of the City Finance
Officer, shall be collected by the City Finance Officer in accordance
Mith the proaedure for Plan One in Sections 9-43-42 to 9-43-51, South
Dakota Compiled Lawe of 1967, as amended.
Passed and approved this 25th day of Janusry, 1994.
