HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution 02-1994f RESOLUTION H0. 02-94 DESIGNATIHG THE MAYOR AS THE SOLID WASTE GRANT PROJECT CERTIFYIHG OFFICEB WHEREAS, the City of Brookings, Brookings County, South Dakota, is a recipient of a Solid Waste Management Program grant from the State of South Dakota, Board of Water and Natural Resources, and the Department of Environment and Natural Resources; WHEREAS, the City of Brookinga is required to designate an officer or agent of the Grantee for the purpose of signing required documents pertaining to this grant; HOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that Wayne Hauschild, Mayor, for the City of Brookings be hereby designated as the Grentee's official for the purpose of signing Grant Agreements and Contracts. AHD BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that Wayne Hauschild, Mayor, for the City of Brookings, be hereby designated as the Grantee's Certifying Officer for the purpose of signing correspondence, pay requests, and other required documents.
