AGREEMEHTS WITH THE SDDOT FOR STATE AID COHSTRUCTIOH PROJECT HUMBERS
P3354(02), P3354(03), P3333(04>, P3245(06) AND P3368(01)
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Commission of the City of Brookings,
to hereby suthorize the Mayor to eign the Maintenance and Encroschment
Agreement for State Aid Conetruction Pro�ects listed above in
Brookings, South Dakota. This pro�ect is the cold milling and asphalt
overlay on Fifth Street South from Medary Avenue to Elm Avenue, cold
milling and asphalt overly on Fifth Street South from Main Avenue to
Seventh Avenue South, overlay on Western Avenue on Sixth Street to the
DM&E railroad crossing, cold milling and asphalt overlay of
Twenty-second Avenue South from Eighth Street South to Taentieth
Street South in Brookings, South Dakota, and TMelfth Street South from
Medary to Breckenridge Lane.
Passed and approved this 7th day of February, 1995.
