BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF BROOKIAGS, SOUTH DAKOTA:
WHEREAS, Wendy and Randy Hartley, owners of Lot 68, Santee
Village, Indian Hills Addition ( 142 Santee Trail), have submitted to
the governing board an application for a Conditional Use Permit for a
home occupation (hair salon).
WHEREAS, there are no conditions stipulated as being part of the
Conditional Use Permit application.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said conditional use Permit
is hereby approved.
Passed and approved this 14th day of February, 1995.

UPON APPLICATION FOR CONDITIONAL USE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT Wendy and ftandy Hartley
1���/have submitted an application for a Conditional IIse on the
following descsibed real estate: Lot 68, Santee Village, Indian
Hills Addition, also known as 142 Santee Trail.
The request is to estab,lish a home occupation (hair salon)
in a/�ri/
Residence R-1B District.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN That said request will be acted on by
the City Planning Commission at 7�30 PM on Tuesday, February 7 ,
199 5 , in the Commission Chambers in the lower level of City
Hall, Brookings, South Dakota. Any action taken by the City
Planning Commission is a recommendation to the City Commission.
If you require assistance, alternative formats and/or
accessible locations consistent with the Americans with
Disabilities Act, please contact the City ADA Coordinator at 692-
6281 at least 48 hours privr to the meeting.
Any person interested may appear and be heard in this matter.
