BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF BROOKINGS, SOUTH DAKOTA
WHEREAS, oaners of the hereinafter described resl property have
submitted to the governing board a proposed plat of the folloMing
described real eState situated in the City of Brookings, County of
Brookinge in the State of South Dakota to Nit: Lote 1 and 2, Block 5,
Bidco Addition, City of Brookings, South Dakota and the Board of City
Commissioners of esid City having examined the proposed plat and it
appearing that all municipal taxes and special assessments, if any,
upon said plat and survey, have been executed according to lar.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVBD that said plat and survey be and
are hereby in all thinge accepted and approved.
Passed and approved thie 14th day f February, 1995.
