RESOLUTIOH HO. 11-95
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF BROOKINGS, SOUTH DAKOTA
WHEREAS, Paul E. Moriarty, owner and developer, has submitted to
the governing board a proposed plat of Lot 4 of Block 7 and Lot 3 of
Block 3 of Moriarty's Second Addition to the City of Brookings, South
Dakota, and the Board of City Commissioners of said City having
examined the proposed plat and it appesring that all municipal taxes
and special assessments, if any, upon said plat and survey, have been
executed according to laa.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said plat and survey be and
are hereby in all thinga accepted and approved.
Passed and approved this 14th day of February, 1995.
