RESOLUTION TO LEASE REAL PROPERTY TO PRIVATE PERSON
BE IT RESOLVED by the governing body of the City of Brookings, South Dakota, that
the City of Brookings intends to enter into a Lease with SHERWOOD HATCH for a period of
one (1) year, commencing March 28, 1995, and ending December 31, 1995, and pertaining to the
following described property:
Operations Building at Hillcrest Courts
The terms of the lease sha11 be as provided for in the terms of the contract for
services/lease agreement.
Passed and approved this 28th day of March, 1995.

RESOLUTION H0. 15-95
WHEREAS, the Brookinge Park and Recreation board of the City of
Brookings has decided to lease certain municipally-owned property to a
private person for a term exceeding 120 days and for an amount
exceeding 5500. 00 annual value;
NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby reaolved by the Brookings City
Commiasion, that it is their intent to enter into 3uch lease, and they
hereby fix the 28th day of Merch, 1995, at 7:30 o'clock, at the City
Commission chambers, Brookings, South Dakota, as the time and place
for public hearing on the adoption of the Reeolution authorizing the
execution of such lease, s copy of which proposed lease is on file in
the office of the Brookings Parks, Recreation and Foreetry Department
and reference is hereby made thereto for contents of the proposed
lease, and notice of said hearing shall be given as required by SDCL
9-12-5. 2.
The property to be lessed is described as follows, to wit:
Operations Building at Hillcreat Courts
and the property is to be leaaed to Sherwood Hatch for a term of one
(1 ) year, ending December 31, 1995.
Passed and approved this 7th day of Merch, 1995.

TO LEASE REAL PROPERTY TO PRIVATE PERSON
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEH that on March 28, 1 995 at 7:30 o'clock
P. M. the Brookings City Commiseion Mill hold a public hearing at the
City Commission Chambers on the Resolution of Intent of the City of
Brookings to lease to SherMood Hatch the folloMing property:
Operations Building at Hillcrest Courte
At the time and place affixed for eaid public hearing, all rho
appear aill be giv�n an opportunity to expr�ss their vieMs for or
against the proposal to lease the above described property to SherMood
Hatch.
