AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO SIGN A RAILROAD TRACK AGREEMENT
#040195 WITH DM&E RAILROAD FOR RAINBOW PLAY SYSTEM SPUR TRACK
WHEREAS, the City will construct at its expense, and thereafter own a railroad spur,
consisting of a railroad track running adjacent to and along property owned by Rainbow Play
Systems,
WHEREAS, the city is constructing the aforesaid railroad spur to serve the
aforementioned property,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of City Commissioners of the
City of Brookings that the Track Agreement with DM&E Railroad #040195 be approved and
that the Mayor be authorized to sign said agreement for the construction and maintenance of the
Railroad Spur for Rainbow Play Systems.
Passed and approved this 4th day of April, 1995.
