AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO SIGN THE MAINTENANCE AND ENCROACHIVIENT
AGREEMENT WITH THE SDDOT FOR STATE AID CONSTRUCTION PROJECT
NUMBER P2014(6)418 (US 14 BYPASS)
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Commission of the City of Brookings, to hereby authorize
the Mayor to sign the Maintenance and Encroachment Agreement for State Aid Construction
Projects, P2014(6)418, PCEMS 3883 in Brookings, South Dakota. This project is as follows:
Asphalt overlay on US 14 Bypass from the west city limits to the east city limits
Passed and approved this 4th day of April, 1995.
