BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF BROOKINGS, SOUTH DAKOTA:
WHEREAS, Kyle J. Prodoehl, owner of Sublot "F" of Lot 3, Block 14, Morehouse
Addition- 1029 9th Avenue has submitted to the governing board an application for a Conditional
Use Permit for a boardinghouse.
WHEREAS, the following condition has been stipulated as being part of the Conditional
Use Permit application
1. A maximum of four(4) persons shall be permitted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said Conditional Use Permit is hereby
approved.
Passed and approved this 1 lth day of April, 1995.
