A RESOLUTION PERTAINING TO THE Il�IPROVEMENT OF RESTROOMS OF
THE AIRPORT LOUNGE OF THE CITY OF BROOKINGS, SOUTH DAKOTA
BE IT RESOLVED by the governing body of the City of Brookings, South Dakota, that
the City Commission will consider the improvements necessary to make restrooms of the Airport
Lounge accessible to people with disabilities, including the deternunation of the party obligated to
pay the cost of said improvements, upon the expiration of the current Airport Management
Agreement (March 23, 1996) and prior to the execution of any subsequent Airport Management
Agreement.
Passed and approved this 25th day of April, 1995.
