AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO SIGN THE RAILROAD CROSSING
AGREEMENT WITH SOUTH DAKOTA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION FOR
MAIN AVENUE (PS OOOS (126))PCEMS 4384
BE IT RESOLVED BY the City Commission of the City of Brookings, to hereby
authorize the Mayor to sign the agreement to upgrade the urban railroad/highway crossing at
Main Avenue in Brookings, South Dakota. The City will be responsible for paying ten (10)
percent of the cost of said project (PS OOOS (126)), Statewide, PCEMS 4384, Main Avenue in
Brookings, Brookings County AAR/DOT 197-481R.
Passed and approved this 16th day of May, 1995.
