AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO SIGN RIGHT-OF-WAY ACQUISITION
PROCEDURE AGREEMENT WITH SOUTH DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION FOR
20TH STREET SOUTH AND MEDARY AVENUE SOUTH
BE IT RESOLVED BY the City Commission of the City of Brookings, to hereby
authorize the Mayor to sign Right-of-Way Acquisition Procedure Agreements with the South
Dakota Department of Transportation for the following projects:
P 3376 (1)Brookings County described as 20th Street South from Main Avenue South to
Medary Avenue South.
P 3376 (2) Brookings County described as 20th Street South from Medary Avenue South
to 22nd Avenue South.
P 3301 (3)Brookings County described as Medary Avenue South from 15th Street South
to 20th Street South.
Passed and approved this 16th day of May, 1995.
