BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF BROOKINGS, SOUTH DAKOTA:
WHEREAS, Lisa and Bill Scholten, owners of Lot 20, Block 3, Morningside Addition,
have submitted to the governing board an application for a Conditional Use Permit for a home
occupation(seamstress).
WHEREAS, there are no conditions that have been stipulated as being part of the
Conditional Use Permit application.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said Conditional Use Permit is hereby
approved.
Passed and approved this 23th day of May, 1995.
