BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF BROOKINGS, SOUTH DAKOTA:
WHEREAS, H and M Land Company, owner of the hereinafter described real property,
has submitted to the governing board a proposed plat of the following described real estate
situated in the City of Brookings in the State of South Dakota to wit: Lots 9A, 9B, l0A and l OB
of Lot 49, Sioux Village, Indian Hills Addition to the City of Brookings, Brookings county, South
Dakota, and the Board of City Commissioners of said City having examined the proposed plat and
it appearing that all municipal taxes and special assessments, if any, upon said plat and survey,
have been executed according to law.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said plat and survey be and are hereby in
all things accepted and approved.
Passed and approved this 23th day of May, 1995.
