BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF BROOKINGS:
WHEREAS, Frank E. and Mildred T. Denholm, owners of the hereafter described real
property, have submitted to the governing board a proposed plat of the following described real
estate situated in the City of Brookings in the State of South Dakota to wit: Plat of Lots 1, 2, 3
&, 4, Block 1; and Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 7, 8, 9, 10& 11, Block 2, Americana Addition in the NE1/4 of
the SE1/4 of Section 36-T110N-RSOW to the City ofBrookings and the Board of City
Commissioners of said city having examined the proposed plat and it appearing that a11 municipal
t�es and special assessments, if any, upon said plat and survey have been executed according to
law.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that said plat and survey by and are hereby in
all things accepted and approved.
Passed and approved this 13th day of June, 1995.
