RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING FINAL CHANGE ORDER(CCO #1 FINAL)FOR
PROJECT 94-07 PRK (SCHEDULE I)HILLCREST TE1�iNIS COURTS CONCRETE WORK
(KAWEL SHALE PRODUCTS CO.)
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Commission that the following change order be allowed
for the Tennis Courts Schedule I Project:
Construction Change Order Number 1 Final
Adjust estimated quantities to "as built" quantities for a total decrease of$4,729.90.
This change order also adds 17.5 working days to the contract resulting in no liquidated
damages being charged.
Passed and approved this 13th day of June, 1995.
