BE IT RESOLVED by the City Commission that the following change order be allowed
for the Project 94-01 SWR with B & B Concrete for the repair of sidewalk and curb and gutter.
Construction Chan�e Order Number 1 Final
The final increase for a total of$18,131.23 to adjust final quantity payments to the"as
built" amounts.
A total of 51.5 working days are added to this contract resulting in no liquidated damages
being charged.
Passed and approved this 13th day of June, 1995.
