BE IT RESOLVED by the City Commission that the following change order be allowed
for the Tennis Court Color Surfacing Project:
Construction Change Order Number 1 Final
Adjust estimated quantities to"as built" quantities for a total decrease of$790.19.
This change order also adds 8.5 working days to the contract resulting in no liquidated
damages being changed.
Passed and approved this 13th day of June, 1995.
