BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF BROOKINGS, SOUTH DAKOTA:
WHEREAS, Gilbert Wiese, petitioner, has submitted to the governing board an
application for a Conditional Use Permit for a home occupation(tailor, handicrafts and furniture
repair) on Outlot 2, excluding the N154' thereof, of the SEl/4 of the SE1/4 of Section 13-
T110N-RSOW (2111 Highway 14 By-Pass).
WHEREAS, the following conditions have been stipulated as being part of the Conditional
Use Permit application:
1. The Conditional Use may occupy 100% of the floor area of the accessory building.
2. The Conditional Use shall be granted to Gilbert Wiese only.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said Conditional Use Permit is hereby
approved.

Commission Chambers of City Hail, in said City, there will be brought for
consideration and adoption with or without amendmerrt or revision a
resolution proposing to allow a Conditional Use Permit for:
Gilbert Wiese/Ronald L. and Dawn D. Mason on the followincs described real
estate: Outlot 2, excludinq the N154' thereof, of the SE�, SE� of Section
13-T110N-R50W also known as 2111 18th Street. The request is to
establish a home occupation (tailor, handicrafts and furniture repair) in a
Residence R-1A Single-family District.
At which time and place all persons interested will be given a full, fair
and complete hearing thereon.
