BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF BROOKINGS, SOUTH DAKOTA:
WHEREAS, Cokato Inc, owner of the N110' of Outlot A and the W30' of the N90' of
Outlot B in the NE1/4 of Section 25-T110N-RSOW, also known as 1704 6th Street have
submitted to the governing board an application for a Conditional Use Permit for a gas dispensing
station in a RB-4 Neighborhood Business District.
WHEREAS, no conditions have been stipulated as being part of the Conditional Use
Permit Application.
, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said Conditional Use Permit is hereby
approved.
Passed and approved this 22nd day of August, 1995.

NOTICE OF CONDITIONAL USE HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at the regular meeting of the Board of Commissioners
of the City of Brookings, South Dakota, to held at 7:30 o'clock p.m. on Tuesday, August$,2't..
1995, in the Commission Chambers of City Hall, in said City, there will be brought up for
consideration and adoption with or without amendment or revision a Resolution proposing to
allow a conditional use permit for:
Cokato Inc. on the following described real estate: the N110' of Outlot A and the W30'
of the N90' of Outlot B in the NEl/4 of Section 25-T1 lON-RSOW, also known as 1704
6th Street. The request is to establish a gas dispensing station in a RB-4 Neighborhood
Business District.
At which time and place all person interested will be given a full, fair and complete hearing
thereon.
