BE IT RESOLVED By the City of Brookings, South Dakota, that the City Commission
hereby approves the transfer of the Liquor Operating Agreement from Roger Carpenter and Verla
Carpenter, DBA Lantern Lounge to Half Pint Enterprises, Inc., DBA Lantern Lounge.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That Troy Hicks be known as manager in said agreement.
Passed and approved this 29th day of August, 1995.
