BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF BROOKINGS, SOUTH DAKOTA:
WHEREAS, Amazis Samuel Andrawis/Richard Wiebe, owners of Lot 14, Block 1,
LeGeros Second Addition, also known as 214 16th Avenue South, have submitted to the
governing board an application for a Conditional Use Permit for a home occupation(professional
office).
WHEREAS, no conditions have been stipulated as being part of the Conditional Use
Permit Application.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said Conditional Use Permit is hereby
approved.
Passed and approved this 19th day of September, 1995.

NOTICE OF CONDITIONAL USE HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at the regular meeting of the Board of Commissioners
of the City of Brookings, South Dakota, to be held at 2:00 o'clock PM on Tuesday, September
19, 1995 in the Commission Chambers of City Hall, in said City, there will be brought for
consideration and adoption with or without amendment or revision a resolution proposing to
allow a Conditional Use Permit for
Amazis Samuel Andrawis/Richard Wiebe, owners of Lot 14, Block 1, LeGeros Second
Addition, also known as 214 16th Avenue South
At which time and place all persons interested will be given a full, fair and complete
hearing thereon.
