HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution 78-1995 RESOLUTION NO. 78-95 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF BROOKINGS, SOUTH DAKOTA: WHEREAS, Amazis Samuel Andrawis/Richard Wiebe, owners of Lot 14, Block 1, LeGeros Second Addition, also known as 214 16th Avenue South, have submitted to the governing board an application for a Conditional Use Permit for a home occupation(professional office). WHEREAS, no conditions have been stipulated as being part of the Conditional Use Permit Application. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said Conditional Use Permit is hereby approved.
